Returns Policy


Following is YETI Coolers return policy for all purchases made through our internet site:

A full refund for the price of the merchandise will be issued on all merchandise returned within 30 days of the original shipment date. All merchandise must be unworn and returned in the original box. Original and returning shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly.

After 30 days, a store credit for the price of the merchandise will be issued on all merchandise returned within 60 days of the original shipment date. All merchandise must be unworn and returned in the original box. This store credit has no expiration date. Original and returning shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON MERCHANDISE RETURNED AFTER 60 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL SHIPMENT DATE.

To avoid problems, please include a copy of your original receipt with the merchandise so we can process your return.

We can ship to
the continental US & Alaska. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, fixed shipping rates and fixed shipping timelines will apply.  All Free Shipping offers only apply to orders over $100 USD and is only valid within continental United States.

YETI® Coolers ships FedEx Ground within the continental US & Alaska. FedEx Ground currently does not ship to a PO Box and we ask that you place a street address in the ship to field. Thank You.

International Shipping Now Available!

We have partnered with Bongo International Parcel and Mail Forwarding to service our international customers. Bongo International provides it's customers with their very own US address (not a PO Box). Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases with us as well as other US-based online retailers. Bongo receives your purchases and logs them into their online system where you can consolidate them with other orders.   7. Choose your domestic shipping method, and Place Order.
  8. Once completed, finish your verification process with Bongo.
  9. Bongo will take over from here, so communicate directly with them for delivery of your order.
